We send our products all around Australia and the world. 

If for some reason your shopping cart won't allow shipping to where you are, please notify us via email.

Shipping costs are not included in the price of the items for sale.

We ship by regular mail through Australia Post. 

However, if you require or prefer us to send by courier or registered mail (insured, with tracking 
and signature on delivery) please let us know and we can organise it, but please note it will cost more.

Where and how will my product be made?
Carpenter's Daughter products are made by hand in our studio in Melbourne, Australia. Where possible we use locally produced materials, though some are sourced abroad.

How long will I wait for my product?
Presently we make everything to order. We work as quickly as we can to get your product to you as soon as possible, while maintaining our quality standards.
The current lead time is around four weeks from order to completion. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.
Large wholesale orders can sometimes take longer, between four and six weeks.
Can I modify my order once it is placed?
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate order changes as once the order is placed we start work immediately.
We are always happy to answer email queries to help you make your decision before ordering.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Mastercard, VISA and AMEX.
Do you offer gift cards or vouchers?
At the moment we don't, but we hope to in future.
How do I purchase wholesale?
Please email us for wholesale orders.
Can I customise my order?
Yes. We offer leather punching, and pocket and length variations.
Customised orders need to be placed by email and during the process we will advise the cost of your customisation. 
Do you have a vegan-friendly straps option?
We are very happy to source vegan-friendly options for your order, but please note it may add some wait time. It will be a custom order, so please email us.
